You as an affiliate or creator will be issued a special URL once you become an approved member of The Plant-Based Bundle Affiliate Program which will be unique to you and you only.

The Plant-Based Bundle pays affiliates and creators via a PayPal account, provided to us when a member joins. If the PayPal email changes, it is the responsibility of the affiliate or creator to notify us to ensure proper payments of the affiliate fee.

All fees are exclusive of all taxes, charges, levies, assessments and other fees of any kind imposed on your involvement in this Agreement and shall be the responsibility of, and payable by you.

The Plant-Based Bundle uses tracking methodologies for tracking usage data on the Affiliate Platform and other related analytics, including without limitation, cookies, pixels, web beacons, and other tags. You are not authorized to alter, modify, obscure, or disable any of the tracking methodologies. You are not authorized to use cloaked redirects.

For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must complete the order form correctly and remit full payment for the product ordered through the secure order system. Word of mouth referrals will not result in an affiliate commission being generated. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks through qualified, correctly structured Affiliate links. Properly coded and generated links are the sole responsibility of the affiliate.

The Affiliate and The Plant-Based Bundle will sell The Plant-Based Bundle and both the parties will get their respective share upon item sold. For the purpose of this agreement Sale means a “Qualified Transaction”, and Qualified transaction includes whereby a customer: (i) uses a link to enter our sales page; (ii) purchases one item; and (iii) remits full payment to The Plant-Based Bundle. If a customer initially visits the site using a link, any transaction completed by that customer on the site, whether or not via his or her link, will count as long as it was completed in the same device and browser and the customer did not use a different affiliate link.

Creators will get 70% and affiliates will get 40% of net profits of what they sell via their unique affiliate link. Net profit means profit left after deduction of transaction costs and gateway fees.

"Creator": A Creator is an individual or entity who contributes their offering, such as an ebook, online guide, or program, to The Plant-Based Bundle for inclusion in the bundle offering.

"Affiliate": An Affiliate is an individual or entity who participates in promoting The Plant-Based Bundle and earns commissions on sales generated through their unique affiliate link. Affiliates do not contribute any of their offerings directly to The Plant-Based Bundle and are not part of the content creation process.

After accepting this agreement, the creator gives permission (rights) to The Plant-Based Bundle to bundle together and sell the creator’s product with other creators’ submitted and uploaded digital products for 12 months.

The creator gives other affiliates and creators in The Plant-Based Bundles affiliate program and The Plant-Based Bundle permission to share copyrighted content from their submitted and approved digital products on their websites and social media accounts.

The creator will own the copyright of the uploaded and submitted digital products.

If the creator withdraws their consent to this agreement after providing their offering to the company and it is less than 4 weeks before the sale launch date, the company reserves the right to contnue offering the program as part o0f the launch wthout further obligation to the creator.

The Plant-Based Bundle may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules. Any changes will not affect past sales or owed commissions to the affiliate or creator.

The term of this Agreement will begin when the affiliate or creator accepts the 12-month agreement.

The receiving party may terminate the contract with a 3-month notice before the contract renews. If terminated, the contract will end when the 12-month term ends.

The contract will automatically renew for an additional 12-months from the date of the effective date if not terminated.

The Plant-Based Bundle may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. Any owed profits from sales made by the affiliate or creator will be paid in full after termination of agreement.

Termination of the contract by an affiliate or creator is only valid when sending an email to hello@theplantbasedbundle.com were stating that the affiliate or creator wants to terminate the agreement.

Affiliates and creators shall not disclose, orally, visually, in writing, electronically or by any other means of disclosure, to third parties any “confidential information,” which term refers to all data or information that is proprietary of The Plant-Based Bundle during or after the course of this agreement. Confidential information shall not include (i) was already known to the third/receiving Party prior to the time of disclosure by the Disclosing Party, (ii) is available or becomes generally available to the public other than through a breach of this Agreement by the third/receiving Party, (iii) is acquired or received rightfully and without confidential limitation by the third/receiving Party from a third party, or is independently developed by the third/receiving Party without breach of this Agreement.

This agreement may not be shared with any third party without The Plant-Based Bundles written consent.

For a period commencing when the affiliate or creator accepts this agreement and ending 6 months after termination of this agreement, the Receiving Party shall not, (1) Compete, directly or indirectly, with The Plant-Based Bundle.

The receiving party will not engage in, consult with, hold a position as shareholder, director, owner, founder, officer, consultant, employee, partner or investor, or otherwise assist any business entity, in any country where The Plant-Based Bundle has been doing business and has customers, in either case, that is engaged in any activities which are competitive with The Plant-Based Bundle offer and all business activities reasonably related thereto in which The Plant-Based Bundle are engaged in.

The Plant-Based Bundle makes no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate Program or an affiliate’s potential to earn income from the Affiliate Program. In addition, The Plant-Based Bundle makes no representation that the operation of the website or the Affiliate links will be uninterrupted or error-free, and The Plant-Based Bundle will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.

This Agreement shall extend to and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns.

The Plant-Based Bundle’s failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.

If any of the provisions of this Agreement are determined by a court to be unenforceable, they shall be severed from this Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By signing up with The Plant-Based Bundle Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agreed to all that is set forth in this agreement. You have independently evaluated this program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee or statement other than as set forth in this agreement.

This agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and the city of London, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
